  3. ook for foods with ‘no added sugar’; fruit canned in juice not syrups and breakfast cereals like porridge, Weetabix, Oatibix and Shreddies, which are some of the lower sugar cereals on our supermarket shelve.
  4. Try reducing sugar you use in recipes. You can make cakes, biscuits and puddings with less sugar than most recipes recommend.
