Charlton House launched a ground-breaking nutritional seminar series for one of their City banking clients during March. Designed and delivered by award-winning dietician and nutritionist, Amanda Ursell, it was created to better help employees understand how smart nutrition decisions can improve your performance at work.

To show how making the right eating and drinking choices can help you, Amanda’s presentation covered topics such as: Eating for All-Day Energy, Managing and Reducing Stress through Good Nutrition, Boosting Immunity, and Sports Nutrition. Currently they are assessing responses but the feedback has been very positive and time will tell if the information has hit the mark!
