Less means more at Charlton House
Charlton House has announced last year it removed 602kg of salt from meals served in the workplace. You are one of 40,000 people we feed daily and this initiative was launched in 2011 under our Wellbeingbeingwell healthy eating banner.
We imaginatively promoted decreased salt use in three ways – the salt added in preparation; the salt in products purchased; and in salt availability ‘at your plate’.

We try to educate people about healthy eating in an interesting, enjoyable way; and the evidence of decreased salt use suggests that this approach is working. Thank you for your support!
