A new generation of rapeseed oil

Wellbeingbeingwell has been awarded the prestigious Health and Nutrition Award at the Cateys - the catering Industry Oscars.

Chief Executive Officer Caroline Fry collected the coveted statuette on behalf of Charlton House. She commented:

“This is a wonderful win for us, as healthy eating underpins everything we do. The proven advantages of offering nutritionally balanced meals in the workplace include reduced absenteeism and improved productivity, so a commitment to health and nutrition at work makes good business sense to employers as well as being good for their employees.

Charlton House is widely recognized for excellence and innovation in this area and it’s a win-win situation for us and for our clients who put their trust in us to deliver 40,000 healthy meals each day. The work we do to promote well being within client sites is a strong differentiator and competitive advantage and we are delighted to have also gained recognition for our efforts with this prestigious award.”

Charlton House launched its Wellbeingbeingwell healthy eating initiative in 2008, working with nutritionist Amanda Ursell and Michelin-starred chef David Cavalier. During the past twelve months Charlton House has won significant business from health-aware clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Thames Water, Dune Shoes and MBDA as a direct result of the strength of its healthy eating proposition.
